We provide the best possible service and caution in selecting tenants for our landlords. We not only focus on the application form submitted but the leasing consultants personal feeling when he meets the prospective tenant. 

Our stringent selection process is calling/emailing confirmation from their employers, past rental history, and listed personal contact referrees. We also search the prospective tenants on specialised databases to ensure they don't have any bad rental or credit history.

The way rent is paid is via direct debit. We find direct debit is the best way of reducing any possible risk in relation to tenancy arrears. Our secondary payment option is through DEFT, however we do alert the landlord to the agreed payment option as well.

As a landlord we also organise all strata levy, council rates, and water rates payments on your behalf. As a landlord the most important thing is piece of mind, and one of our services is to put you in touch with a representative from insureweb, who will look after and tailor a specialised landlords insurance package for you.
