Our stringent selection process is calling/emailing confirmation from their employers, past rental history, and listed personal contact referrees. We also search the prospective tenants on specialised databases to ensure they don't have any bad rental or credit history.
The way rent is paid is via direct debit. We find direct debit is the best way of reducing any possible risk in relation to tenancy arrears. Our secondary payment option is through DEFT, however we do alert the landlord to the agreed payment option as well.
